Your role

As a Junior Customer Experience Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers and an important link behind the scenes. You combine customer service with actively thinking about how we can improve our customer journey every single day.

What will you do?

• Support customers in a professional and warm way via email, phone, and other channels

• Ensure a smooth, positive, and brand-consistent customer experience

• Think along about improvements in service, communication, and processes

• Identify customer feedback and translate it into concrete actions

• Collaborate closely with colleagues from sales, marketing, and operations

• Help build a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints
